🔇 No Parties or Events
Strictly no parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted on the property.
Unauthorized events will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, and may incur additional charges.
🚭 No Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the premises.
A deep cleaning fee of $1,000 USD will apply if smoke odor or residue is detected.
🏊 Safety Notice – No Lifeguard On Duty
All swimming and water activities are at guests’ own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool and water areas.

Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult, especially near stairs, balconies, the pool, and any outdoor areas.

Stained or damaged furnishings, linens, or artwork may result in additional cleaning or replacement fees.

Jose from our maintenance team, goes every Tuesday to clean only from the outside..

Pets are not allowed, unless prior written approval is granted.
