GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.

The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be applied at the first warning.
Only guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host will be granted access. For building security and access protocol, please send us a photo of the official ID of each guest and visitor via the Airbnb chat. This will be required at the reception to verify identity and allow building access.
Parties are prohibited, as is wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
Eating and/or drinking on couches and beds is prohibited. If they get dirty, an additional cleaning fee or replacement charge will apply.
There will be a charge for towels and/or sheets if they get dirty, either by makeup or any other substance.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
If any damage to the furniture and/or inventory is observed, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
Only the designated parking space may be used.
Air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
Pets are prohibited. Service animals must be approved by the host.
The amenities rules must be respected.
Keys and/or cards must be left in the location specified by the host.
BUILDING AND AMENITIES GENERAL RULES

The use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and charges, if applicable.
Respect the rules for each amenity, which are listed in the folder within the apartment and noted in the photos of the listing.
Respect for the common areas of the building is required. The guest will be financially responsible for any damage caused.
FINES

Violating any point of both regulations may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, as quoted by the cleaning company ChemDry. If the stain cannot be removed, the full item will be charged.
Stained linens: $800 MXN for a set of sheets, $500 MXN for a towel, and $1,500 MXN for a comforter.
Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If the host is not notified, there will be an additional charge of $1,000).
Property damage: Cost of materials + labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.
Loss of keys and/or cards: A replacement charge of $500 MXN will apply.
