A newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment with a modern interior and incredible breathtaking views.

The entrance of Apartment Piana is through a shared entrance for another apartment with a flight of stairs that leads to the private entrance door of Piana. The apartment situated on the 1st floor leads into a complete furnished open plan kitchen, dining area and spacious lounge. The lounge is furnished with modern very comfortable sofas, chairs and table that emphasize the modern touch given to this luxurious self catering apartment.
This apartment enjoys an incredible and unique view from the lounge and kitchen of the famous rolling hills of Tuscany with its extended farm lands, vines, forests, lakes and the mediaeval small town of Montefollonico in the distance. Waking up to such a view will remain part of your Tuscan experience. From the living area, you can access a small terrace that faces the wonderful views, large enough for 2 chairs, a small table and a glass of vino... Piana has a fully equipped kitchen including gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge / freezer with a dining table for 4 people.
On the same level as the kitchen and lounge is a bathroom consisting of a toilet, shower, sink and bidet and a studio with a writing table, touch screen computer with internet access and a sofa.
This apartment has 2 double bedrooms with orthopaedic mattresses. One bedroom is situated on the same floor as the open plan living room / kitchen and the second bedroom is situated up a small flight of stairs that has its own private en suit bathroom consisting of a toilet, shower, sink and bidet.

The Piana apartment is built in the inner city walls where the Noble families lived during medieval and renaissance era. The accommodation has a large digital flat screen TV, a touch screen computer and high speed internet access (WIFI should you wish to bring your own laptop).

Being situated in the heart of Montepulciano, you will enjoy the numerous local restaurants, bars and shops.
Free as well as paid public parking is situated between 300 meters and 600 meters from the apartment however is not owned or managed by us.

NB: Tourist Tax: A €1.00 (one euro) tax per person per day staying in any type of accommodation is not included in the accommodation rate. This tax will be charged separately at the end of your stay.

All the apartments of Sant’ Antonio are self catering and are fully furnished with linen, towels etc and all kitchen utensils.
Linen is changed twice a week or every 3/4 days. For extra linen and towel changes, a supplementary charge will be applied.

CHECK IN TIMES AND DIRECTIONS:

Guests are kindly asked to please check in at SANT' ANTONIO COUNTRY RESORT in Via della Montagna 8, MONTEPULCIANO between 3pm and 6pm directly at Sant' Antonio Country Resort in the country side where you will be welcomed, registered and we will take you in person to your accommodation in the historic town of Montepulciano a 4 to 5 minute drive away.

Once you arrive at the main gate in Via della Montagna 8, you will see SANT' ANTONIO engraved on a travertine block as well as a small ceramic sign. Please ring the buzzer and we will open for you.
Kindly inform us if you prefer to arrive earlier or will be delayed as the office at Sant'Antonio closes at 6pm.
