„Sehr gut“

„Very clean property, very good communication Good place 👌“

„Really convenient location, not crowded at all since it’s not in the center of the city. Everything is close and easy to walk to! The room itself was very clean with two AC units that kept everything a nice temperature. Just be careful going up and down the stairs as they are quite steep and narrow.“

„The concierge was very nice, and the meeting and key handover went very smoothly. Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty and not thoroughly cleaned. We also found a cockroach on the floor in the entrance area on the first evening. After we complained, the bathroom and floor were cleaned again, but it still wasn't clean. „Great place in heart of Florence. Had more space than we thought it would. Everything is within walking distance. Great food choices and markets near by.“

„Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.“

„Very best communication and support by Silvia. Needed little more storage location in bathroom and for second suitcase in living room. Noise canceling of soundproof windows very good.“
