Ich hatte eine komplett durch gelegene Matratze, das Hotel allgemein ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber es ist sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption benötigt eine Schulung in punkto Motivation und Serviceorientierung.

From initial booking to actually picking up our keys the process was amazing and our concierge, Shameka, was outstanding. Walking into the apartment felt like we were the stars in the most luxurious travel commercial ever. The apartment was spotless, impeccably decorated, there were little welcome boxes waiting for us which really set the tone for our stay. With two bedrooms and two full baths we lacked for nothing in the way of space. Despite the fact we were staying in a luxury apartment in Florida we really felt at home away from home. The outdoor area being screened in was an unexpected plus. The pool, outdoor games and sitting area was very fun and exciting. We took advantage of the gas grill for cooking up our 4th of July meal and it was amazing and easily accessible. The close proximity to shopping, restaurant and beaches was a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay even more than we expected and will definitely make this our go-to accommodation both in Palm Bay and any other vacation location Landing has properties. Finally, the price point for apartment was amazing. We have vacationed and travelled a lot over the years and spent far more money on cramped, blah hotel rooms compared to the full furnished luxury of Landing.

The hotel knew we were arriving as three guests, but the sofa bed was not prepared. We had to get sheets from reception and make up the sofa bed ourselves because three people cannot sleep in one bed. Since there was no blanket for the sofa bed, we used the sheet we received as a cover. The next day, housekeeping took it away and did not leave a replacement, so we had to go to reception again. The reception staff were not helpful and seemed uninterested in guests. Problems were not properly listened to, and we often had to suggest the solutions ourselves. Guests should not have to do the thinking for the staff. During our stay, we were also woken up in the middle of the night by a very loud and aggressive guest in the same hallway. We did not know this person, but he was shouting and disturbing other guests. The pool area was disappointing. The pool was often dirty, and the jacuzzi was so unclean that I did not want to use it. The free water provided by the hotel tasted terrible and was undrinkable. Room cleaning only happens every four days and only on request. The only positive thing was the free parking. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel.
