Sunset Arms 2: 1 brm, Airport, Beach, Hip Strip

Greatest Location! About 20 min walk from the airport and 10 min walk to the beach and Hip Strip. We are right next to Summit Police Station. Also the closest restaurant and convenience store are about 2 min walk.
We are located in the old complex that looks worn out from outside, but everything inside is new. The apartment is on the second floor, the balcony is facing Summit police station. From the other side of the building across the road there is a Gloriana hotel followed by Toby's resort.
Newly renovated 1 bedroom spacious apartment In the older complex (Please note, everything on the Hip strip is quite old, the sacrifice you would need to make if you want to stay in this neighborhood). We have fully equipped kitchen and parking available on premises. We have AC in the bedroom and very powerful ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The shower is small, some guests say it's tiny.

Public taxis are right outside the door. We have a dedicated driver, but you can also walk if you don't have a lot of luggage. Or take a route taxi (departures side) for ~1$ per person (shared ride with others) and ask a driver to stop by Summit Police station.
Please note this is not a gated community, no 24/7 security, no pool. But we are next to the police station.
We are located on the second floor (steep stairs), there is no elevator available.
The internet here is happily low-key - great for emails, messages, and a quick check-in with the world. It’s not built for trading floors, crypto minting, render farms, or gaming marathons. This is a place for sea breezes and sunsets, not server racks.
In Jamaica outages with providers such as Flow (internet), JPS (electricity), or NWC (water) can occasionally occur. Unfortunately, we do not have a backup system in place, so any disruptions would depend on the providers themselves. There are bottles of water at the apartment in case if water disruption occurs. That water is not for drinking.
Absolutely no early check ins/late check outs, no luggage drop off/luggage keeping after check out. If early check in is feasible, the cost is $30 USD per early check-in (as early as 1:00 pm Jamaican local time). Late check-outs are not permitted. Guests who remain in the property past check-out time will be charged for an additional night.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
Chefs are not allowed on the property.
Eating and drinking in the bed and bedroom are strictly prohibited.
Our property has a maximum occupancy of 3 people, including both registered guests and visitors - we don't allow more than 3 individuals in total at any given time.
