Pour le prix les installations sont décevant on doit louer le chaises et le parasol à la playe c'est pas all inclus. C'est un petite hotel,pas d'ascenseur pour la 3ème étage. Le restaurant c'est très bon.

There are so many things that i did not like with this resort. First and foremost it was nasty. There were waterbugs at the facility and a roach was crawling on the podium in the restaurant where the host seats you. The rooms had dirty mildewed bath mats and the curtains looked like it was dragged thru the mud on the bottom. There were holes in the ceiling of the hallway. The best part of the trip was the private beach across the street, where it finally felt like a vacation. I must say the staff were very friendly though.

I love the staff at Deja. From the front desk, to the kitchen staff, as well as the event staff (coordinator, pool volleyball, game night, etc...). The rasta on the grill was great. Big up to the whole entire staff at Deja Resort.

Overall stay was amazing. Love the vibe of the staff and other travelers. The only downfall was having to pay for umbrellas and lounge chairs - $7 US each. The beach is beautiful and is just across the street. Visitors come from other resorts as well as locals to hang out at Doctors Cave. Would I visit again? Yes yes and yes.

Authentic Jamaican food and local ownership of the property. Prompt and friendly staff.. Great accommodations and across from the best beach in Montego Bay. If you want a fun and wholesome authentic experience, great place. The only slight negative is the beggars in the area but that’s anywhere but they were violent, just persistent. Music, fun, and near the shops and clubs. You can’t ask for me..

The staff is friendly and always available to assist with any lodging needs, also the food was delicious , jerk chicken and jerk pork chops ummmm wow they know how to treat guest and make them feel special. I love this place I just got back to US sad of departing Jamaica specially leaving DeJa Resort Allinclusive we finished celebrating our 25 anniversary and I am delighted will never regret of my lodging in DeJa Resort. We made new everlasting memories we will always have this Hotel as special to us , and we have talk to our friends and relatives of the Hotel and recommended highly to them. We will go back to this jewel in a million the best anniversary ever enjoyed.

Deja Resort is a true gem. My husband and I had a great time. There are some cons and some pros. Cons: *Rooms/overall building is a tad bit dated *No screens on the balcony doors Now, let's get to the pros because none of the cons matter! This is a 3 star all-inclusive resort with 4 and event 5 star amenities. It is a true bang for your buck! The pool, multiple places to sit/relax, multiple food options with beautiful views, all you can drink, great daily entertainment (they even had a contortionist/fire eater), the education they gave us about the history, and the hotel being in a perfect central location to outside shopping and amenities is what makes it a great place. Now let's get to the reasons why I gave my experience 5 stars: Raushad, Sabrina,Crystal, Dacia, Deborah, Satia, and Brandon, just to name a few of the AMAZING staff that much more enjoyable! The cherry on top is that it is Jamaican owned. Now, for me to get on my soap box for a minute. Don't come to their country if you're going to be rude and not engulf yourself with their culture and their food. Jamaicans are some of the most hardworking people I've ever experienced. Don't be rude to them. Show respect and don't treat them like they're less than. So bring a bunch of $1s and $5s and tip them well. Now, back to the review. This place is right on the busy Hip Strip. If you're someone who needs their hotel room to be pindrop quiet then this isn't the place for you. Thank you Deja Resort for a great time!

If you’re looking for a quiet and welcoming place this is for you. But unless your prepared to get hassled by locals and are bringing 15 people there aren’t many things to do unless your willing to take the chance with taxis.

I’d like to say the location was ideal, close to airport and shopping. View was amazing, easy check in, they took my bag to my room. Now, he didn’t want tip in Jamaican currency, thought the tip wasn’t enough. Mind you, I could have carried my bag. No elevators, was on the top floor. Food was mediocre, the staff made so much noice hanging out behind my room. Too many people hanging around the lobby not doing anything. They parking was ridiculous. It was about 10 parking, had to drive around, eventually parking on the street. I loved the location, but I wouldn’t return.

Staff security was exceptionall ,entertainment lady was excellent,some front desk staff needs to work on how they welcome guests.staff needs to have trolley or equipment to use for carrying luggage upstairs since you guys do not have elevator,you need to think about your employees backs.Bartender that worked on Tuesday and Wednesday night was very exceptional,one negative one morning we woke up to no water not good.

This was my 3rd time staying at Deja resort but this time I made the decision that I wont be returning. The food was mediocre , everything closed early, front desk staff is no longer 24 hours , all food and dinning options close at 10pm on the resort. So after partying at 1am I was starving with no where near by to find food.

The location and the atmosphere was great. Beautiful beaches. The hotel is dated. The mattress and pillows were terrible. Beyond firm for the mattress. My body ached every night. Would I come here again? No. Better hotel options all over. If you are on a tight budget then this place will work. If you have money to spend, I would advise booking a better hotel. Although I was satisfied with my stay.

Deja was a wonderful experience. Great location. I felt so welcome and embraced. The front desk ladies are top-tier and very professional and made my check-in and check-out experience a breeze. Dion, you are the heartbeat of the Deja. You always put a smile on my face. Well-mannered, you can teach a young fella a thing or two. Love you deeply. Sabrina, I came in extra hard on you. You handle yourself well. You are a fantastic girl; I love your energy. I truly adore you. Deja treat her well because I will hire her any day. Many blessings to you, my dear. K’Von rubs me the wrong way at first due to his odd personality, but he is a cool dude. Very modest and shy. He is authentic to himself. People try to be easy on him. He is charming. The property is nice and cozy and right on the hip strip. The pool needs to be maintained more frequently though.
