Klimaanlage laut!
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen! Sehr abgewöhnt! Gebuchtes EZ war nicht mehr frei, dafür bekam ich ein DZ mit Aussieht auf eine Hauswand! Betten waren sehr gut auch sehr saubere Bettwäsche! Klimaanlage war sehr, sehr laut, könnte nicht eingestellt werden! Personal, freundlich und bemüht

We stayed here in October for 3 nights. Check in was not very friendly at all. I had to ask about the parking as we had parked on the road and she said it was at another hotel when it says they have parking on site. I had to ask about breakfast, when and where it was and then we get to our room and there is no information about a wifi code. I called the receptionist and she said there isn't one, just look for the hotel's name as an option in the choices of networks. There was no restaurant open other than breakfast and I have no idea where or if there is a bar. The breakfast was good and the workers in there were friendly. Also it rained one day and we were very wet so we asked at the reception how to turn on the heat because we couldn't get it to come on and we were told there is no heat until Nov. 1st. So our jackets are soaking wet and our towels are cold and wet because the room is cold. Again no mention of this in the room, it's like they don't want to tell you anything and you'll only find out when and if you need it. The bathroom needed some hooks that weren't 10 feet away from the shower and a couple shelves to put your things on. I would never recommend this hotel.

Ottimo hotel posizionato in centro Montecatini; personale gentile e camere molto comode. L'arredo non è modernissimo ma è tenuto tutto in ordine e in ottimo stato. Ottima colazione a buffet con vasta scelta tra dolce e salato.

Perfect location both for staying in Montecatini, as well as lolacation for goint out seeing attractions in the region. Most interesting cities within an hour from hotel. Super nice staff, great breakfast, and hotel well maintained.

Where courtesy reigns supreme. My partner and I wanted to express a heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their kindness and for always satisfying our requests with a smile: from the breakfast personnel to the reception staff, including the lady who served us some beers in the afternoon at the bar. We do recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, staff, and proximity to the center of Montecatini Terme. The only drawback, if we can call it that way, is the air conditioning, as it cools very little.

Soggiorno (due pernotti a fine maggio) in occasione di un Congresso Nazionale. Camera comodissima e ampia. Servizi pulitissimi e molto comodi. Pulizia ottima. Forse schermo TV piuttosto piccolo in posizione troppo elevata. WiFi disponibile e velocissimo. Prima colazione continentale non molto varia ma adeguata. Posizione centrale. Zona molto tranquilla. Su mia richiesta orario del Check Out spostato secondo le mie esigenze (alle ore 15). Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Tornando a Montecatini, soggiornerò ancora in questa struttura.

Qualità prezzo ci può anche stare ma non è assolutamente 4 stelle, pulizia camera ok , aria condizionata non puoi regaolarla viene comandata da loro, non è presente il garage , colazione buona, tende macchiate con buchi di sigarette e doveva essere x non fumatori , la porta antincendio sbatteva ad ogni passaggio

Tre giorni ben spesi presso questo hotel, centralissimo e confortevole. Bagno grande con doccia a due posti, ci hanno assegnato una camera d'angolo supersilenziosa e fresca. Il primo impatto con la struttura è stato di un albergo un po' datato ma ben rimodernato, dopo tre giorni spesi in questo hotel possiamo dire di essere rimasti conquistati dalla pulizia, dalla gentilezza e cortesia del personale e dalla posizione strategica. La colazione presenta una discreta varietà di scelta, tra tipica italiana e continentale. Il wifi in camera prendeva molto bene. Splendida la vista dalla piscina dell'ultimo piano. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo, poi, è stato veramente buono. Capitasse l'occasione, ci torneremmo volentieri.

La junior suite prenotata si è rivelata caldissima da subito per problemi al condizionatore non riparabile in tempi certi(la temperatura esterna nei giorni del soggiorno è stata costantemente sui 40 gradi,in camera anche di piu').Ci è stato proposto il cambio di stanza che però è stato un downgrade non avendo altre juinior suite ma avendo noi già pagato tale sistemazione. Non ci è stata proposta alcuna compensazione o rimborso ed è stato seccante. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo,professionalmente valido,la stanza comunque carina,la posizione dell'albergo ottimale per un soggiorno

Good for the money
Good hotel for the money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, room cleaned every day, fresh towels etc, good breakfast. Thought the hotel overall could have done with a bit of updating, and the air con in my room was a bit idiosyncratic and would​ only come on when it wanted, bed sheets were a bit rough, and I nearly got squashed by the lift as it doesn't have the automatic sensor which stops it closing when there's someone in the way. Overall a good hotel with very friendly staff. The town of Montecatini has a nice park and the trip on the funicular to montecatini alto is great, you can also do day trips to places like Pisa and Florence easily and cheaply on the train.
