🏢 In a country setting, in the middle of nature, this pretty flat on the ground floor, consists of:
- an entrance;
- a large living room;
- a garden/terrace of 30m² with a view of the park;
- an open plan fitted kitchen;
- an independent bedroom with double bed;
- a bathroom with shower;
- a separate toilet.
Tables and chairs for the terrace are stored in the flat

🛌 The flat has two sleeping areas: a 160cm double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as a television, free wifi connection, kitchen equipment (hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave ...), plenty of storage space, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

💁♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
