Following is a kitchen equipped with oven, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Then you will find 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Dependance 1:
The first dependance is located on the 1st floor, on one single level, and is accessed only by an external staircase. It consists of a living area with lounge, dining table and kitchenette (with oven and dishwasher). Following 3 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Dependance 2:
The second dependance is also located on the 1st floor, on one single level, and is accessed only by an external staircase. There is a living area with lounge, dining table and kitchenette (with oven and dishwasher). Then you will find 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Lastly, at guests' disposal also a laundry room (equipped with a washing machine and a dryer).
