Empfehlenswertes Hotel in Top Lage mit super Pool
Nach anfänglicher Enttäuschung (Zimmer zur Straße und Wellness Bereich geschlossen) gab es ein neues Zimmer mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die toskanischen Hügel. Pool, Restaurants und Bar sowie die Lage des Hotels sind sehr gut! Service ebenfalls sehr gut; sehr aufmerksames Personal im gesamten Hotel (Lobby, Restaurants, Pool, Room Service, …) In Summe empfehlenswert!

Lovely stay!
We had a lovely stay at Toscana Resort Castelfalfi. Staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel grounds were beautiful and very well kept, we especially loved all of the art that was displayed and the amazing views over the rolling hills of Tuscany. The amenities were modern and of great quality. For the standard and size of the hotel, the spa could definitely be bigger and offer more. Sadly, the Finnish sauna was out of order throughout our stay. However, we understand that the spa will be enlarged soon.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub
Sehr schönes, neuwertiges Hotel, sehr aufmerksamer Service! Sehr gutes Frühstück, was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die wenigen Gerichte an der Poolbar muss man nicht unbedingt probiert haben - allenfalls Mittelmaß und dafür zu teuer. Hotel bietet mit dem Fitnessraum, Indoorpool und Saunabereich auch bei Regen eine angenehme Aufenthaltsqualität. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass abends außerhalb der Anlage nichts geboten ist. Die vorhandene Eisdiele und paar wenige Geschäfte haben bereits um 20:00 geschlossen und Essengehen außerhalb der Resortanlage ist fussläufig nicht möglich. Wir kommen aber trotzdem sehr gerne wieder, insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen!

Toller Aufenthalt in einem fast perfekten Hotel
Wunderbare, modern eingerichtete Hotelanlage in einem einwandfreien Zustand in sehr schöner undruhiger Umgebung. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Der Service im hoteleigenen Restaurant war bei Vollauslastung sehr unkoordiniert (lange Wartezeiten, mehrfache Bestellungen notwendig). Das Essen in allen drei Restaurants ist sehr gut und qualitativ hochwertig, mit Ausnahme der Poolbar. Da hatten wir das Gefühl, die Fischspeisen seien nicht Frisch. Einziger Kritikpunkt am an sonsten sehr reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet mit tollem à la carte Angebot: zu kleine Käseauswahl. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, welches wir sehr gerne wieder besuchen.

Hervorragendes Hotel mit toller Aussicht
Sehr gutes, neues Hotel in schöner Lage. Das Hotel bietet alles Annehmlichkeiten inklusive ausgezeichneter Gastronomie. Allein das Frühstück ist eine Reise wert. Aussicht vom Pool und der Terasse in die toskanische Landschaft traumhaft! Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend, angenehm dezent und freundlich.

Beautiful, quiet hotel with outstanding views, comfortable rooms, lovely gardens, great facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, food and views at Olivinia were lovely but the food at Il Rosmarina was (in our opinion) overpriced and fairly average. The village of Castelfalfi (a 5 min walk from the hotel) is stunning and the food and wine at the local cafe (La Taverna del Castello) are outstanding. We would definitely visit again!

Everything about this resort is 10 star. All employees provide a level of service that is far above other hotels. Food & wine selections are superb. The setting is gorgeous with breathtaking views. The rooms and hotel are beautifully decorated with guests' comfort prioritized. The Concierge staff helped us plan unique and fun activities that immersed us in the beauty of Tuscan countryside, people, culture and food. We enjoyed the golf course, met interesting people, did a lot of walking and took in the views while relaxing on the patio. We toured nearby towns, did wine & olive oil tasting with food pairing, toured an organic cheese farm, had lunch at a new vineyard. Many thanks to staff & management for providing such a top quality experience. This is an outstanding property.

This was one of our favourite places to stay for our honeymoon! The staff were amazing, the wine tastings and views were incredible! They upgraded our room for free which was extremely kind and they had all kinds of activities and things for people to do. We even enjoyed horseback riding through the vineyards and rented Vespas to go to the near towns. I would recommend this place over and over again!

We had an incredible stay at Toscana Resort. The resort has some of the most stunning views in all of Tuscany, and the quality of Italian food at it’s various restaurants was second to none. The staff were extremely helpful, we felt very well taken care of. The hotel itself was impeccably designed, with a lot of attention to detail. It truly was a Tuscan dream - we will definitely be back!

Incredible Property and Experience
The Suite was very Modern, Comfortable, and roomy with luxurious bathroom and amenities. The views 9f the property are breathtaking and the resort has multiple restaurant options, shops, art, and vineyard. Activities and facilities are abundant and within one hour drive of Florence. The Property was very family friendly for children or all ages but also wonderful for a vacation with your spouse or self. Very relaxing serene property- will definitely visit again next trip to Italy.

Superb! The views of the hotel, quality breakfast. You really want to stay in the hotel and use its amenities. Concierge service is also excellent, helping coordinate all sorts of tours.

This was simply breathtaking and amazing. It felt like the Gleneagles of Tuscany. It's a gorgeous resort with incredibly amenities and activities, and the staff is top-notch. I highly recommend the wine tour, were Cosimo provided an incredible experience. I'd go back again and again.

Très mauvaise expérience
Nous avons séjourné une nuit seulement dans cet hôtel ( heureusement ) Nous avions choisi une suite avec vue ( la suite et le balcon sont assez petits et surtout les vitres pour pouvoir profiter de la vue étaient extrêmement sales !) Mon mari est malheureusement tombé malade pendant le séjour, j’ai appelé la réception pour qu’ils nous amènent un thermomètre, ce qu’ils ont fait, il avait 39 de fièvre. La réception m’indique alors : «  si nous pouvons faire quoi que ce soit, n’hésitez pas » . Je leur demande donc de nous monter une bouteille d’eau pour qu’il puisse prendre des médicaments, cette bouteille d’eau nous sera ensuite facturée …15 euros ! Plus tard, étant fiévreux, mon mari avait froid et ils nous étaient impossible de réguler la climatisation de la chambre, la réception nous indique qu’ils nous enverrons quelqu’un… nous n’avons jamais vu personne… Le room service a été très long a nous servir également, et surtout, c’était immangeable car extrêmement salé. En ce qui concerne les aménagements de l’hôtel, je ne peux les juger car nous n’avons pas pu en profiter. A 1700 euros la nuit… pour une chambre sale, petite et une vue gâchée par la saleté … passez votre chemin!! Les autres hôtels dans lesquels nous avions séjournés auparavant en Toscane étaient fabuleux ( rosewood, Castello di Velona, etc …) avec des services et des suites superbes, et moins cher en plus. Il y a donc beaucoup mieux si vous cherchez des beaux hôtels avec des vues imprenables en Toscane
