Conveniently, the laundry area is located right off the kitchen for easy access. While there are apartments in the basement below, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels down—this is not a space for loud parties. You'll also have full access to a spacious yard, perfect for relaxing outdoors, though please note it is not fenced.
