This brand new chalet, inaugurated in 2022, is located within a radius of less than 15 km from the alpine village of Mont Tremblant, the slopes of the south side and the Casino.

The International Airport, ready, is an alternative option to arrive and / or leave the chalet.

You have access to PARC SERGE LÉONARD, which is just a few minutes from the chalet:
This 17-hectare park consists of a 60-meter-wide strip of wild forest surrounding the 7.3-hectare Lac de l'Aqueduc and features a 1.8 km loop trail. Amenities include: Hiking trails, Parking for 5 vehicles, Benches, Bridge, Floating dock. PROHIBITIONS: Swimming, Campfires, Motorized vehicles, Boats.

Respect the neighborhood at all times because fees and penalties are applicable when there are complaints from neighbors.

Respect the 10 p.m. curfew for outside noise.

Do not play music and keep a minimum volume of voices outside between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. out of respect for the neighborhood.

Keep vocal and musical noise levels at a reasonable level at all times, even during the day.

Do not venture onto neighbours' property.

It is essential to have a vehicle to move around.

During winter, it is mandatory to have good winter tires or 4X4 cars to go up the street.


STAYS OF 32 NIGHTS MINIMUM ONLY

For rentals of 3 months or more, the costs of gas for the indoor fireplace, the outdoor fireplace, and the barbecue in the summer, as well as electricity expenses, are the responsibility of the tenant, calculated on a pro-rata basis of the usual annual amount.

It should be noted that the cliff behind the house could be dangerous for young children. It is therefore not recommended to let them play behind the chalet, unsupervised.

Animals: Note that only small dogs (maximum 20 lbs) can be accepted in the chalet with certain restrictions and under certain conditions.

Complete bedding is provided as well as towels for the showers.

For the kitchen, some basic elements are there such as: sugar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filter, cellophane paper and aluminum foil, vegetable oil, etc...

The kitchen is very well equipped, you will find, among other things, an espresso coffee machine, a coffee grinder, a food processor and equipment for the fondue in addition to all the usual accessories in a kitchen. You only have to bring your food, what you want to drink and your soap to wash yourself.

There is a BBQ (not guaranteed in winter), a 40" HD TV with bluetooth sound bar on the ground floor and a 50" smart TV with bluetooth sound bar in the basement as well as a baby table -football.

CAMERAS: For security reasons, surveillance cameras are installed outside for most of our chalets. The cameras point only towards the entrance of the courtyard and not the ground or the interior of the chalet. Rest assured that the facilities do not infringe on privacy. Collected images are retained for 90 days only, except in certain special circumstances.
