Houseboat Tomio near Amsterdam

Beautiful houseboat with roof and front terrace in the harbor of picturesque Monnickendam! Within walking distance of catering (terraces). In the harbor there is a beach bar with boat rental. In the area you can make trips to Marken, Volendam, Edam, the Zaanse Schans and Amsterdam (< 30 minutes by public transport). Free parking in the harbor. The houseboat is not for sailing yourself. Experience this unique experience and enjoy everything there is to do in the area and nature

The houseboat has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with a normal toilet, a sink and a shower. In the kitchen is a basic inventory, kettle, coffee maker and an airfryer. There is a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and a dining table. Outside is a roof terrace and there is a front terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy the sun with a view of the lake.

You have the entire houseboat to yourself including the terrace and roof terrace. You can park for free in the harbour.

You can always call or message your host for questions. In the evenings and at night only necessary questions.

You will be staying on a boat that is well anchored, but occasionally the boat will rock a bit when the wind is strong.
We would like to point out that you are in nature and that spiders/mosquitoes are also there.
The houseboat itself does not have WiFi, if the weather permits you will also receive the WiFi from the harbour. We cannot guarantee this.
1) Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

2) Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep indoor and outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

3) No Parties or Events: Our home is suitable for relaxing stays only. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior approval.

4) Non-Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes inside is strictly prohibited.

5) Care & Safety: Please turn off heating/cooling units and lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the property.

6) Trash & Cleanliness: Please place bagged rubbish in the outdoor bins provided before departure and wash any used dishes.

7) Damage Reporting: Accidents happen—please let us know right away if anything breaks so we can fix or replace it quickly.
