The staff were excellent! Expedia gave me the run around when I needed to cancel one of the rooms even after the hotel staff had okayed it. The staff at the hotel ended up taking care of everything for me. I will definitely go back to the hotel but will never use Expedia again!

The hotel room is dated, however it was fine for an overnight stay. Strange there is no bottled water in the room. Aside from that, would stay here again, as a night out at the casino is fun!

Room was CLEAN! Shower and bathroom in general was very clean! staff were helpful in every way! The pool and hot tub were a delight and the buffet was WONDERFUL!!! On Saturday night there was a band playing in the pub and the music was excellent! Of course, the casino is always fun to play in! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Moncton area!!

Rooms were nice, clean, spacious. So convenient to stay on site at the casino. Right across from mcdonalds, burger king and ihop. That being said, the price of the rooms doesnt line up with no free breakfast and the small pool

The only real perk of this property is it’s attached to the casino … nothing really screams that luxury you want to feel from a property that’s slogan is “A taste of Vegas” the rooms are outdated with stains everywhere and the worlds worst pillows they are so tiny and uncomfortable , the staff are pretty rude ,I didn’t even get asked how my stay was. Coming here with the intentions of high rolling and not feeling that exciting feel you get staying somewhere nice really makes me not want to return to this property so beware you’ll be let down with the Vegas intentions

Although we liked the restaurant, availability of snack machines was disappointing. The first staff we encountered made us feel we were putting her out, but the rest of the staff we encountered were great.

Stayed one night in a king room. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom that is about all I can say positive. The carpet was dirty and had red stains not sure from what, the walls were covered in greasy finger prints and old pieces of tape. The furniture is very worn, the chairs were dirty and had no padding left on the seat. The wooden furniture was was worn. The tile in the shower was broken in section and there was a huge square section that was discoloured. Around the edges of the tiles in the bathroom were dirty. The whole room needs an upgrade and deep clean. I will not return. Definitely not worth the 250$ we pad. I would have left but every hotel was full.
