The beach and golf course are just 2 km away, and don't forget to explore the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve, enjoy walks in the forest, and discover the wild dunes. You'll also appreciate the proximity of all the shops and leisure activities (tourist office, restaurants, bakery, grocery store, wine shop, etc.) available in the village and easily accessible on foot or by bike thanks to the cycle path. In summer, you can take advantage of all the activities offered in the area. Out of season, you'll love the tranquility and wide-open spaces of the Landes coast. This house, built in 2022, is located in a small, quiet development of four houses, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It has two private parking spaces. Outside, you can enjoy a private, unfenced garden with a table, chairs, barbecue, parasol, and sun loungers. This single-story, functional, and bright detached rental comprises: - a living room with a lounge area (TV, Wi-Fi), dining area, and open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood, microwave) - a master suite with one bedroom (one double bed) and its own shower room - a second bedroom (one double bed) - a second shower room - a separate toilet - a utility room with a washing machine. Bed linen is provided. For everyone's comfort, we ask that you refrain from smoking in the accommodation. A cleaning deposit will be required.
