„Leider konnte man die Temperatur der Klimaanlage nicht verändern(war auf 22Grad eingestellt was mir zu kalt war). Außerdem gab es weder Geschirr noch Bestecke. Das Bett war auch nicht das beste. Habe nicht besonders gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist super.“

„It was so interesting looking out our window on the 38th floor of the Signature. We were OK with just viewing the mega hotels at different times of day from sunrise until evening. The room had a good mini kitchen for cooking our breakfasts and storing some cold foods. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy and had good supply of hot water. Good location too.“

„The apartment is equipped with everything you have in your own apartment. Super clean! The view from the balcony is fantastisch. We felt very comfortable!!! The owner Jean and Joe are super nice and responds promptly to question. We'd love to come back. Thank you!“

„We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us.“

„Our family loved this condo for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. It fit our needs so perfectly. It was clean, well equipped and was exactly how it’s advertised. We also had the perk of the monorail right at our doorstep to help get us to and from the Vegas Convention Center. We will be back most definitely.“

„Great stay at Mr. Perry's place. So nice to have a kitchen suite plus balcony for less money that a standard hotel room. Tower 1 is the best, with quick access to the moving sidewalk over to MGM Grand. Was only there 3 nights, but will stay longer next time. Communication with Rafael was superior.“
