„This place is amazing, well located and a gorg hot tub view. The mattresses need to be updated, it’s clear this has been a rental for quite some time and the spring mattresses (including the owners suite bed) squeak, to the point that we had to utilize separate sleeping arrangements in order to get rest. There are also dead bugs in the framed wall hanging artwork in the owners suite, pretty gross. A deep cleaning of this unit would deffo be beneficial. “

„I would rate this a 4.5 if we could use ½ stars. This place was nice and had everything you expect from a good Vrbo rental. They desperately need a new mattress!“

„You could not ask for a cleaner place to stay at. They had everything stocked you could ever need. Easy to get to and just on the edge of town away from all the hustle and bustle. It was very nice to come back to after all day hiking and jeeping. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family and definitely will be returning.“

„This property was perfect for our family. We have 5 kids and it was just what we needed. The upstairs bathroom is a shared bathroom- not a master bathroom. That was surprising, but not something that bothered us. Whoever cleans this property did a fabulous job! The property manager was extremely easy to con“

„This was a clean property with an easy checkin process. Well equipped for 6 people even if a little cramped in the living space.Grocery store pretty close by, straight forward drive to Arches or Canyonlands.Pool was great for the midday heat when hiking was a no go.Checkout was a little confusing as we kept getting messages to do so, but this could be because we left a day early not related to the property but due to events in southern Utah dusting our visit. In summary I would stay here again ...
