Unfortunately a ferocious howling wind blew up unexpectedly, which ripped open the tent's door flap (which we'd had cinched down tightly) and throttled the roof canvas; the cold of that wind blew through the additional door curtain and every space that wasn't solidly closed. „Stayed at this lovely property in the Cedar Pod and had the best experience! We stayed here while competing in the Bears Ears Ultra. We took advantage of the sauna (incredible) and the communal kitchen, making burritos one night. We also spent an evening in downtown Moab. This is the perfect place for those who don't want to be in tourist-centric Moab and prefer a more relaxing, natural atmosphere. The hosts were fabulous, providing us with tubs for hanging out at Foy Lake and bringing coffee ...

Host was very communicative and willing to answer any questions. We also had everything we needed to maximize our experience (fire wood, matches, cooking tools, extra blankets, etc).
