"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s a huge, clean, and well-maintained resort. The food selection was extensive, the staff was extremely friendly, and the entertainment shows and kids' activities were well planned and kept everyone engaged. Unfortunately, our room experience held the stay back from being great. The mattresses felt quite worn out and overly soft, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Additionally, there is very little sound insulation between rooms—we could easily hear neighboring rooms and every door closing in the hallway throughout the night. It's a wonderful place for families, but updating the mattresses and addressing the hall noise would make a world of difference for guest comfort."

"Le puedo dar un 85% a este hotel, la verdad la comida estuvo muy bien y la habitación . Pero lo que no estuvo bien fue la limpieza de los siguientes días . Estuve 4 noches las primeras dos noches la limpieza un 90% ( por la modalidad del inodoro no se preocuparon por poner nuevos papel higiénico. Segundo dejaban los basureros sin bolas . Una manta de limpieza quedó en una mesa de noche . La 3 noche las sábanas muy mal ordenadas . Pero bueno con respecto a lo demás muy buen hotel, el baño muy limpio y cómodo . Comida variable en el desayuno . Me gustó mucho sobre la disponibilidad de agua fría siempre en el hotel ."

"Ich war in einem 8-Bett Zimmer und es gab eine Toilette und zwei Duschkabinen im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings war die Luft nicht sehr gut. Es war nachts viel zu warm im Raum, sodass ich nicht sehr gut geschlafen habe. Die Lage war perfekt und das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl."

"The room was clean and very large. Staff is friendly. Location is a little bit outside, but Uber is available to go to the city. The airport shuttle is very good and drives every 20 min."

"Schönes Hotel, das Frühstück ist sehr gut und der Pool auf dem Rooftop ist toll, wenn auch teilweise sehr voll und das Wasser etwas kalt. Die Lage ist sehr vorteilhaft, da eine U-Bahn Station direkt vor dem Hotel ist. Einzig angrenzenden Straßen um das Hotel sind Gewöhnungsbedürftig."
