„Room was immaculate, staff was incredible. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The only issue was Expedia stating there were No elevators on the property. It almost made me second guess on staying at this lovely property.“

„Nice and I think not old Hotel. We stay at the 2nd floor. Direclty at the Restaurant( every room in 2nd floor is nearby the Restaurant). So we have loud noises at breakfast from maybe 6-9 o'clock. So if you have the choice not stay on 2nd floor....“

„The overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the luxury price. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the amenities were only average and did not meet the standards I would expect from a luxury establishment. The food was also below expectations, and the chef’s rude attitude further affected the experience. At this price point, I expected a much higher level of comfort, service, and breakfast quality. Unfortunately, the experience did not justify the premium ...

Zimmer waren neuwertig. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. “

„Top-Hotel in einer ausgestorbenen Stadt “

„Very clean!! Very pretty“

„A mere one-night stay in Hoi An, yet the emotions felt so raw and complete. Staying right in the old town meant the breathtaking sunset and the vibrant night vibe were just steps away. To top off this deeply local experience, the hotel restaurant served a meal bursting with true Vietnamese heritage, letting us savor the local taste effortlessly.“

„Schrecklich unpersoenliches hotel. Unkoordiniertes personal, management nicht on top. Zimmer schoen und sauber, freundliches reinigungspersonal. Alles andere lueblos und massentourismus. Unsere bei weitem schlechteste erfahrung.“

„Tolle Ausstattung, sauber,Personal hilfsbereit einzige Mangel Baustelle neben dran“
