We stayed at M Hotel Da Nang for 2.5 weeks and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Since we were staying for quite a long time, we were hoping for a peaceful and relaxing stay, so we asked in advance if it would be possible to get a room on a higher floor.
Lucky us, we stayed on the 23rd floor with an incredible view and a wonderful room. A special thank you to Thao for organizing this for us. It made our stay feel special from the very first moment.
Everything during our stay was above and beyond. Since we were there for so long, I asked the staff if they could help connect a Fire TV Stick so we could watch Netflix, and within 20 minutes it was done. Small things like this made such a big difference and showed how thoughtful and helpful the team is.
The staff are truly amazing. A special thank you to Flower for always making sure our stay was absolutely perfect. Every single person we met was kind, cheerful, and genuinely trying their best to make guests happy. What makes it even more special is that you can truly feel how much everyone enjoys what they do. We had so many lovely conversations with the team, and the whole atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and almost like coming home.
For anyone thinking about staying in Da Nang: choose this hotel. It is by far the most beautiful hotel we saw in the city!
