The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A large 25 m² dining kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, large gas piano, etc.
- A dining room with fireplace.
- A lounge with a large sofa, stove, large screen and projector.
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: each with a double bed (140×190).
- Bathroom with bath and WC.
- Shower room with shower.
- Separate WC.

Second floor:
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds.
- Bedroom 5: with a double bed (140×190).

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.

Outside:
- A vast enclosed garden of 3,600 m², with an orchard (many fruit trees) and furniture available (table, chairs, deckchair, parasol, barbecue, swing, games).

The house is ideally located in Minihy-Tréguier, in a very quiet, pleasant setting overlooking the River Jaudy. The centre of Tréguier and all the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are just a 5-minute drive away.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private courtyard of the house (any type of vehicle), or in the garage (a small car).
