„The cottage was spotless, in a perfect location, and check-in was super easy. Margaret was a fantastic host—her communication was fast and helpful every step of the way. „We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. “

„We enjoyed 4 days in this little cabin in the woods and were very sad to leave it. Our host Heather anticipated anything that I could have wanted: a thoroughly equipped kitchen (even had a milkshake blender), a water cooler, games, dvds, flashlights, binoculars, marshmallow skewers...The firepit was fabulous, large, covered, and optional lighting. „Everything you need for a fun stay less than 15miles from State College!We stayed for graduation weekend and loved the rustic decor of the Cabin, the scenic drive through the state park and the cozy quiet of the surrounding forrest. AT&T service was strong, definitely read the drive in and out recommendations of an SUV or a pick up truck. The owner was hospitable with providing snacks, waters and was very responsive and pleasant. We would stay at this property again. “
