„This spot is very cozy and we really enjoyed our brief stay here. The owners are very friendly and make a delicious, home style breakfast complete with eggs from their chickens. It’s on a main road but we couldn’t hear the traffic and we slept well. The rooms aren’t over the top in size or luxury, but it was comfortable and the shared bathroom wasn’t an issue at all as it was right across the hall and we never had to wait for other patrons in order to use it. Would return and recommend!“

„We had a great stay up and away from Rt 9. Lynn made us feel right at home. We started each day with the coffee perc she setup for before us (a feat: we wake up early). The golden spud cafe being right down the road was quite nice to have access to.“

„Our stay was rather disappointing. The property seems neglected. Some lightbulbs in the bathroom were not working . The coffee maker was really filthy inside. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room. There was no drinking water in the property we ended up driving to get water. I don’t understand they can charge so much money “

„We were greeted by Michelle and given a tour of the house. Our room was beautifully decorated and quite big enough for an overnight stay. Breakfast was a real treat - creatively cooked and served by Michelle. We enjoyed conversation around the communal dining table. So close to some wonderful hiking and other outdoor activities. „Close to Kingston and Hwy 87, thus convenient. Friendly host(s), a very pleasant stay. We were okay with no cell phone reception or TV because the wifi was fine, and we enjoyed this quiet getaway. Breakfast was tasty, artisan bread, large portions of fresh fruit. Restful and comfortable.“

„We needed a central location for my daughter’s bridal shower. We could not have imagined a better place. It is beautiful and so natural. Glen was helpful and welcoming. „The backyard was really cool! Great features. Beautiful, peaceful, and private. We did not see or hear anyone else on the property during our stay. The apartment was very nice.
