„The property was quirky due to the age of the building but also homely, very clean and had everything you wanted, bathroom was lovely and bed comfy. The rooms have been made out of an old bakery and they have done a superb job. There is also a large beer garden.
We ate in the restaurant where they have a log fire and good choice of menu. The couple that run it are lovely and friendly even lent my husband a tie, for the wedding we were going too. Couldn't ask for more. “

We booked a garden suite where we could park outside and had a little court yard area with chairs to enjoy the summer sun. we had access to the gym and pool, steam room and sauna which was a lovely way to end our day. „Room in a bad shape, but the bathroom was the most terrifying I ever experienced. A very very bad old urinary kind of smell. The toilet lid fell all the time down and a lot of foreign hair on the bathroom floor. Went back to the lady behind the bar and asked for another room mentioning the bad smell. According to her, no other room available.“
