„A nice property and a great location. Nice small cabin with everything you need. It is clean and well decorated. Kitchen has everything you need to be comfortable. Pine Creek just 50 feet from the front porch is amazing. Shallow and calm and clean in July so great for wading and swimming and fishing. Kids in other cabins had great time playing and catching crayfish. “

„Great property, great stay at a very nice cottage. We visited for the weekend for Penn State’s homecoming. Close to the stadium, easy access to I-99 and plenty of food options w/in 3 miles. Two bedrooms w/king size beds and a couch w/a trundle. Very comfortable w/TV, patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. The worse part of the weekend was the non-stop rain on game day.“

„We went out on a limb and found this gorgeous property to get married at. With honesty and great communication with our host they allowed us to have a few extra guest to perform our wedding ceremony. We didn’t need anything big or fancy but the sanctuary in it’s simplicity is beautiful and fancy! Words can not describe how intimate and beautiful this place is. „I planned on spending my birthday in happy valley and searched all over for a place, then I found Lakewood cottage. I talked it over with the other couple that came with and it was an easy yes for the 4 of us. The place wasn’t far from the stadium and easy to get to. It was clean and tidy and overall an amazing stay for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again.“
