Even if some minor works are going on, the Hotel is pretty fully open.Swimming pool misses some authorizations to be opened and we inform each guest sending a message or email some days before the arrival (as done through Expedia for you).We are monitoring phone issue you had as it is related to the phone number Expedia published on the listing, which is correct but without the '+' sign at the beginning of the international prefix. TRIBE HOTELS by Accor concept is to let our guests socialize and live the vibrant atmosphere you can see throughout the Hotel, that's why a proper desk is forbidden ;) the reading light is just above the bed and can be regulated to offer the preferred reading experience;)What about swimming pool, some authorizations are missing, that's why we inform every guest through their booking system (some days before the arrival for you through Expedia) that it will be opened in some weeks.ALL All Live Litmitless loyalty programme you mentioned, permits our guests to earn points on any stay made under an eligible rate, booked on our Hotel or chain website and not third party channels. We are sorry to inform you that F&B discount is not applied since some years Europe-wide as part of an enhancement of the Programme itself. We would love to welcoming you soon once again at our vibrant property.
