Das Personal hat mich glücklich gestimmt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und lecker. Die Lage des Hotels unmittelbar neben STATIONE CENTRALES war für mich ideal. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Zentral gelegen
Sehr nettes Personal, alle sind zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut ausgewählt und der Cappuccino ist hervorragend. Man kommt von dort aus überall gut hin.

Perfect for a short business trip.
I had business in another town and was just staying overnight at this hotel. It's right next to the train station, the rooms are isolated, nice clean bathroom, decent room and lovely and friendly staff. I arrived feeling great, felt great during the stay and departed feeling great :).

Ein Stern zuviel...
Die Lage des Hotels Bristol in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs Milano Centrale war ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung für drei Übernachtungen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Hotels scheint in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Bezug unseres Zimmers mussten wir zu unserem Entsetzen feststellen, dass die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers mehr als zu wünschen übrig liess: WC-Schüsselrand und v.a. WC-Deckel übersäht mit getrockneten Kotspritzern, am WC-Papierrollenspender fanden sich Papierreste, welche an einer undefinierbaren Masse klebten (Kaugummi?). Nach einer ersten Nachreinigung waren noch immer Kotreste auf der WC-Deckel-Innenseite sichtbar. Die Zimmer sind kaum schallisoliert. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Gespräche der Hotelgäste von nebenan in unserem Zimmer stattfanden. Auch schien das TV-Gerät im Nachbarszimmer gleich an der Wand zu unserem Bett zu stehen, und wir sahen uns gegen Mitternacht gezwungen, die Rezeption zum Einschreiten zu bitten, damit einigermassen Nachtruhe einkehren möge. Wir können nicht recht nachvollziehen, dass dieses Hotel mit vier Sternen ausgestattet ist. Für uns war der Aufenthalt aufgrund der geschilderten Erfahrungen ein echtes Grauen, welches sicherlich auch vorhandende Vorzüge komplett in den Schatten stellte.

Unser Haus verfügt über eine Anglo-Französisch-Stil Möbel, die ein wenig "" retro ", aber einige der Zimmer wurden kürzlich mit Holzböden renoviert sein will. So reinigen Sie das nächste Mal, um die Anzahl der Zimmer zu melden, um die Motivation zu verstehen, einladen. Verfügbarkeit von Zimmern begrenzt war, laden wir Sie das nächste Mal auf unsere Rezeption kontaktieren, um Ihre Bedürfnisse zu verstehen. Grüße,

Immer gerne wieder
Wir waren in Mailand in einer Kombination von Beruf und privat. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen für beide Reisegründe. Die Lage direkt beim Bahnhof Centrale mit U-Bahn sowie Endstation der Shuttlebusse zu den Flughäfen ist super. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, das Frühstück reichlich und der Service freundlich und aufmerksam - ich komme immer wieder gerne hierhin und auch meine Frau war von der Wahl begeistert - nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder. Einziges Manko war der recht hohe Zimmerpreis - aber das ist in Mailand zur Messezeit halt so...... Da hat man im Bristol immer noch einen super Preis im Vergleich zu gleichwertigen Hotels....

Ideal für den Mailandbesuch
Ich habe das Hotel zur Messezeit genutzt und rundherum zufrieden. Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ermöglichte den schnellen Zugang zur U-Bahn, ohne dass man sich in einem typischen Bahnhofsviertel wie oft bei uns in Deutschland befandt. Nettes und freundliches Personal, saubere und komfortable Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstücksbufett runden die Sache ab. Für Geschäftsreisen super geeignet, ebenso auch für den privaten Mailandbesuch .....

Super easy to get to due to its close proximity to the train station. However, that came at a slight cost of a "quiet" stay. Although the room itself sounded quite padded, it was very easy to hear any noise through the window. Also, it seemed quiet easy to hear any noise from neighbouring rooms if the volume rose above a normal conversational tone. We could easily hear the child next door. Washroom was very generously spacious, which is appreciated in Europe. Tubs also have a hot tub function, which was great. You also have to give your key to the front desk every time you leave the property, which seems like a bonus security, although, they don't ask for ID when you say your room number to get your key back, so I'm not quite sure how their system works but perhaps they have a way of knowing? Otherwise, it was overall a great stay.

Pictures are accurate and the hotel is across the street from the train and bus terminal I took from the airport and to go to Venice. Shower was clogged when I arrived but they fixed it as soon as I mentioned the issue. Only issue was internet connection was not consistent, which can be frustrating.

Staff was excellent. Friendly and very helpful. The evening desk person, Ali, was really friendly and helpful. So was the day person. I just forgot to get his name. The breakfast was the best that we got since coming to Italy for 3 weeks. The waiters were super. The woman waitress remembered our coffee request after one day! The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the Central train station which was very convenient since cab lines were really long some days. The neighborhood was so so but I never felt unsafe.

This lovely hotel is conveniently located across the street from Milano Centrale Train Station and in walkable distance to lovely restaurants, grocery, ATM’s, etc. The hotel staff couldn’t be more helpful and kind. I can’t say enough about them. Breakfast is served from 7:00 -10:30 and offers an amazing variety of scrumptious choices, so no matter your food preference, you should be satisfied. Bed linens are changed and rooms cleaned daily by friendly staff who do a great job. I had a wonderful experience at the Bristol Hotel and would definitely return in the future.
