"So far, we had a generally good stay. The lady working the night shift was very friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. However, one disappointing aspect was housekeeping. We stayed from Tuesday to Tuesday, and no housekeeping service showed up during our stay. On Sunday, we asked at the front desk for fresh towels and for the trash to be taken out. We were told that housekeeping only comes on Mondays and Thursdays (which was a bit confusing, since Thursday had already passed), but the staff member said she would arrange towels and trash removal for us. That evening, we did receive fresh towels and the trash was taken care of. Unfortunately, on Monday—when housekeeping was supposed to come—no one showed up again. It seemed like this might have been because we already received towels on Sunday, but the room was never cleaned, and the bed was not made for the entire week. We also noticed that when we greeted housekeeping staff in the hallway, they didn’t respond. After several attempts, this felt a bit unfriendly. Basic politeness like saying hello goes a long way. Overall, the stay had some positives, but the lack of regular housekeeping and communication was disappointing, especially considering that this service is expected as part of the stay."

"Moderne Ausstattung. Leider waren im Bad noch Haare anderer Gäste und das Zimmer auch mittelmäßig sauber. Der Blick auf die Berge hat aber entschädigt... Trotz Lage direkt an der Interstate war es ziemlich leise."
