„The sunset when we arrived at the house was breathtaking. The photos don’t do the house justice, great layout and all the picture windows make for amazing views all day long. „We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. The location and amenities can't be beat - waterfront, huge deck and backyard, and immediately next to magnificent parks with long walking and biking paths. „Very nice location for a friends or family get together. This is a nice, quiet location if you just want to relax. We had 5 friends staying and it was prefect. 4 bedrooms, with multiple beds in two rooms for kids if you have them. The communication with the owner was excellent. „The house was clean and light. The backyard was big with lots of seating and a fire pit. (There was even room to play lawn games.) Inside, the couches and mattresses were comfy. The bath had a nice, deep tub. The kitchen was new and well-appointed. We were really pleased with the quiet surroundings and the short drive in to see the sights. It was a great family experience. Matt was a very responsive and accommodating host. Hope we can stay there again soon!“

„Everything about pur stay was perfect from the welcome basket with snacks water and wine, to the availability of everything we could possibly need. All linens were provided, theres a wonderful upper and lower deck area with an umbrella table to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We did a 1000 piece puzzle while there as well. We had 6 people and everybody was able to sleep comfortably and peacefully both upstairs and downstairs even on the couches. 13/10 woukd rent again“

„The home is lovely and in a great location. We come to Newport every year with our dogs and genuinely enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we alter the property manager the dryer was broken. They promised to fix asap but the dryer was never fixed during our stay. This is one of the key perks for a rental home vs a hotel for us. This deducting 1 star.“

"Die Ferienanlage ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Cottages sind mit allem, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht, ausgestattet. Auch alle Verbrauchsmittel, wie Spülmittel und Waschpulvertabs sind vorhanden. Check-In ist kontaktlos. Lediglich der Zugangscode zum Cottage wurde relativ spät und erst nach Nachfrage zugesandt."
