The yard was perfect for enjoying our night in Boise and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I'll definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we're in town.“

„It was very dirty. Rugs were filthy. Towels smelled like mildew, extra pillows in closet were visibly dirty with sweat marks and smells like sweat. Couch and couch pillows were so dirty. Bathroom doors were disgustingly dirty, master bedroom was not cleaned either. Cot in other room was not cleaned and sheet did not fit. And there was open food and creamer in the fridge which is supposed to be removed between guests. “

„It was a quiet clean home in a nice neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. If you’re looking for outdoor backyard patio places to sit there is no furniture, but there is a gas grill for cooking.“

„Unfortunately, I can't recommend this property. I never received check-in instructions prior to our stay and on day of check-in finally messaged the host at 4:15pm. My message wasn't answered so I decided to call the contact #. She answered right away and was apologetic that the instructions hadn't been sent and sent them while we were on the phone together. „The home is cute and well equipped. Its in a very walkable neighborhood and there is a park right down the block. Perfect place to take my granddaughter. Downtown Caldwell is super cute with a splash pad and lots of shops and restaurants our favorite is Grit. The only drawback is there is no patio furniture. Its a great property and reasonable price if you ever come to Caldwell. Would definitely stay there again.“
