„We did not use the kitchen except the coffee machine but we saw that everything necessary to cook a meal was present and very clean. Room was small but very cosy and warm. Bathroom had everything including dryer and again was very clean. We loved our stay as it was quiet and in walking distance to Piper Street. Perfect for a short holiday. “

„Deceptive from the front, and much larger than expected. Property backs onto the railway line with fairly regular VLine trains, but they didn't really bother us. 10 minute walk into the centre of town, so not too bad. Single car off street parking under shade cloth, otherwise parking outside of property is okay. Quiet street. Upstairs is spacious. Beds comfortable. Water pressure not fantastic, but okay. Outside seating on the deck is very nice. Enjoyed seeing the steam train to Maldon going ...

„Wonderful despite the rainy weekend. The tiny house was cosy with a toasty fire, or diesel heater when we wanted instant heat. The shower was hot, the bed comfy. Our hosts made sure we could get across the paddock to the tiny house when it was looking too damp for our car to make the journey in the wet. At night the stars were clearly visible from our own private river valley, complete with our own outside fire place beside the river. We took advantage of a tasty breakfast from the main house ...
