days and one of them had a newborn with them. No assistance other than the security guard “resetting” the a/c, administration would not respond at all and lied about it being a weekend issue. Beware: I spoke with the security guard and he said the property is basically a scam: they know a/c doesn’t work in more than half of the building

Well located property. Attractive and clean rooms. We had some challenges. The coffee pot was broken, the shower did not drain, our keys worked intermittently , and the air conditioner was not working well upon arrival. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and there was no front desk service on Saturday afternoon and Sunday, so we had to wait until Monday for the issues to be addressed. They did fix the issues on Monday, but it was a bit disappointing. Other than that, we had a nice stay. Great location.

It took a while to get the correct wifi code but they finally sent someone. There is a very steep staircase leading to the hotel. It is too bad the security guy did not help when he saw me struggle since I have an injured knee. Overall, I would rate the room, location and service as top notch. I will stay again.

Loved the property and the apartment style! Felt very safe in the property as there is a security guard at all times. Although our apartment was nice the only issue we had was that being on the first floor we could hear everything outside, I think this is just common in houses/apartments in Mexico especially closer to ground level. Regardless, our stay was very nice and would stay here again! Felt very close to food and stuff in Polanco, definitely farther out from touristy areas but Ubers are cheap to get around. If you have a lot of luggages in order to go inside the property there are about 6-7 steps so be mindful of that.

2 things I think GP should change is not to set up the dining table with the dishes. They should be put away in the shelves. People who go on vacation usually eat out and the dishes are in the way and rarely is the room occupied by 4 guests. The breakfast was the same every single day very boring. Otherwise the stay was great.

PROS: Very luxurious, spacious and well-located apartment for a very affordable price. If this place was a hotel I would have had to pay three times the cost. CONS: Because is so well located in walking distance from restaurants you often hear the noise from folks walking by in the neighborhood or cars going by so that may affect you wanting to sleep.

Poor communication. Didnt respond to my messages until I left a feedback. They dont have administrative staff after 6 or weekends. If you need some helo, forget about it. That was my experience. Nothing bad to say about hotel infraestructure. Just about theirncustomer service. If you are evaluating this olace as an option, just consider that.

Only good for long-term-stays
This hotel i clearly aimed at long-term stays, with excellent storage space and a good kitchen. As a short-to-medium stay hotel, it did not impress. The first thing we had to do when checking in was to sign a long contract, in spanish, for a lease. Despite being a Hotels.com "VIP" hotel, none of the promised perks where offered. In the room was more information, quite aggressively written, informing for example that there would be no refill on the soap, shampoo etc (in small bottles for a few uses), the customer is expected to buy this themselves. There is no breakfast served. It was not clear if cleaning at all was included, the staff never came during our three days. The area, however, was excellent with everything one wants just a few feet away, and a quiet but safe neighborhood. For a long term stay of perhaps a few months while working, this can be a good fit. But it should not be confused with a normal hotel.

The place is in a very nice and safe area, our Superior Apartment was very spacious for our family of 4, BUT the room service and staff needs to do a little bit more to make the guests feel welcome , the free Coffee and cookies in the reception waiting area are very Limited, we arrived early 6am and we waited in the lobby until check in since the Apartment wasn’t ready and I couldn’t pay the $50 dollars early check in , no fault of the Hotel , we all needed to used the bathroom while waiting but the bathroom downstairs is for the staff only , so we had to go outside looking for open businesses and see if we can use their bathroom, so my recommendation is : Have a bathroom for waiting guests to check in , have more variety of snacks and fruits while waiting to check in , change towels on a daily bases and have a smile..the ladies working there seem that they are always mad, other than that Great Place!!

The residential is beautiful. The location is amazing. The room is not very clean and although the mattress was very comfortable, the bed itself super noisy every time you turn wooden frame made a lot of noise so it was very uncomfortable. I would stay again, but probably ask for another apartment

First we went to the front desk to check in and we requested to the the lady working at the front desk to give us a room in the 3rd floor and she accepted but after she gave us the key to the room in the first floor and when we asked her why it was in the first floor she brought her administrator and she was denying our requests and told us that we can cancel and leave right now and was acting very rude and being disrespectful to our family. We also asked for her name and she refused to give it. There is no installation in the hotel so we can hear a lot of noise from outside and it makes you feel like you are sleeping in the street. We stayed for three nights but we couldn’t properly sleep well so don’t waste your money.

First of all, we want to tell you that we have never treated anyone badly on our property, especially not in front of your family. As you can see in the comments no one talks about disrespect. We have cameras and microphones and we can corroborate this. About the noise of the city we believe it is the normal noise, since the noise does not enter through windows and door.

Excelente ubicación! Seguramente volveremos. Nos encantó nuestra estancia. Recepcion ingresó poco amable. Sin embargo la persona que estaba en nuestro Check out muy agradable y el portero excelente… muy amable. La limpieza excelente al entrar. Segundo día regular, pero en general todo muy bien. Opción de desayuno, si es básicamente café, jugo y cereal. Todo muy limpio y ordenado.

Our Christmas stay in Polanco
We had an amazing stay at this hotel/apartment/condo configuration in our one bedroom suite. Very quiet neighborhood while still very close to the main street leading to high end shopping and very nice restaurants. Very clean room and bathroom. Lots of water pressure at the shower. Will stay again in the future. Highly recommended.
