The hotel is really nice, clean and even has a nice shared room to hangout and a shared kitchen. The room is also very nice and stylish. However, the water was smelling badly. We had to leave the window open all night in the bathroom so it was not smelling badly in the whole room.

Lamentablemente nos toco una experiencia poco comun. Ya nos habiamos hospedado con anterioridad sin problema. Pero ahora la primer noche mi esposo le pico algo en la cama pero no supimos que fue. La segunda noche nos tuvimos que levantar a revisar todo y encontramos chinches, les tomamos video y fotos. Desde las 3: 30 am despiertos sin poder dormir y no hubo quien nos apoyara hasta las 8 am que llegó el personal. Los videos y fotos se los hicimos llegar al personal, una disculpa y fue todo. No regresaremos

Hola Jackeline, agradecemos el tiempo que has tomado en escribir sobre tu ultima estancia con nosotros.Lamentamos mucho la experiencia, la habitacion y el resto de la propiedad ya fue fumigada no es un problema que hayamos presentado antes, tampoco tenemos otra queja por lo que pensamos que es reciente, al prestar el servicio de hospedaje existe el riesgo de que ese tipo de bichos lleguen, no contamos con anidación por lo cual ya la propiedad esta certificada libre de plagas.Esperamos poder volver a recibirte y poder compensar la experiencia

This place is beyond lovely! Don’t hesitate to book a room. It’s always challenging picking a hotel online. Images can be deceiving. It’s hard to determine location, etc. we arrived to an absolutely lovely welcome. Gated and secure parking for our rental car. Adorable and comfortable lobby area. And the room is very clean, comfortable with adorable simple decor. The esthetic of this boutique hotel is exactly what you would hope to find in Coyoacan! It truly reflects the beauty and hospitality of Mexico. The room was very affordable and quiet as well. If you are reading reviews in order to find the right hotel. Look no further! You will want to stay here!

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful time. The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The location was fabulous, within walking distance to everything. Little cafes for coffee, cocktails and pizza across the street.

Muy bien. Me entregaron la habitación cuando llegué aun cuando no era hora para ello. Y siempre estuvieron pendiente. Lo único que pediría es que la habitación al menos tuviera una botella de agua. Por lo demás está muy bien.

Pesadilla
Fue una pesadilla. Llegué peatonalmente y pagamos la estancia (solicito nos devuelvan el recurso). Entramos al estacionamiento y lo primero fue ver un cartel roto de "Inmueble Clausurado". El piso de estacionamiento con heces muy abundantes de perro y olor asqueroso. Entrando a la casa percibimos el inmueble muy sucio en general y en la habitación, el baño tenía un olor muy malo. Decidimos no quedarnos, la persona encargada no tenia facultades para devolvernos el dinero y no lo hicieron. El letrero de clausurado prohibe por parte de la autoridad que esté operando el inmueble. TREMENDAMENTE MAL y Hotels.com debería dejar de promover esta propiedad

Lo siento, pero no tenemos ningún letrero de clausura, además de que es un inmueble nuevo, por lo cual nuestras instalaciones están muy cuidadas y aseadas, ustedes realizaron el pago en el hotel e hicieron uso de la habitación, por tal razón no es posible devolver el dinero, esperamos que sigan disfrutando de Coyoacán, saludos
