The house is thoughtfully distributed across the ground floor and two additional levels, offering comfortable and functional spaces for groups to enjoy.



On the ground floor, you'll find the living room, a half bathroom, the dining area, the kitchen, and a cozy loft-style bedroom, which is accessed through the kitchen and a small patio. This bedroom features a TV and a Queen-size bed located on the upper loft level, accessible by a staircase within the room.



The first floor offers three bedrooms. The first features a King-size bed, while the second is furnished with two Queen-size beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. The third bedroom includes a King-size bed and its own private en-suite bathroom.



On the second floor, you'll find a lovely rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. This level also features a bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a private full bathroom, providing additional privacy and comfort.
