Other things to note
Mexicali is well known for its unstable weather (hot/fresh/cold) / House is well equipped with thermal insulator roof and a 2tons AC system recommend for the cubic ft space of the house according to the local area standards / In case weather gets hot you can select the 16 degree (lowest/coldest) on the AC control.

Following extras may improve cold weather:
-Drink fresh water 24/7.
-Keep inside doors open (bedrooms).
-keep outside doors closed (home entrance).
-keep windows closed.
-Place a towel at the bottom of the home entrance doors.
-Turn off inside lights that aren’t needed.
-If ironing is needed @ night time generates less heat.
-Cook fresh food / hot cooking @ night time generates less heat.
-Fresh shower will optimize body temperature / especially if you are coming from outside hot weather.
