I don't usually write reviews but our stay here was the worst. This hotel is very pretty and clean. The rooms are nice. The pool area is great. However, they are extremely understaffed, unprepared, and the customer service is bad. The manager was polite.We were a group of 12. We booked 4 rooms with a king bed and a sofa bed. It says it sleeps 4 but beware it is a futon. I would say it's for 1 person. We arrived one hour after check in time and were told that one of the room was not ready yet. We waited an additional hour. There were no blankets , sheets, or pillows for the sofa bed so we had to go to the front desk to request for all 4 rooms. The phones didn't work so we had to use the elevator. They only give you one key and you need to use the key to use the elevator to your floor. They don't have housekeeping on site so you'll have to carry your own stuff up to the room. We didn't make a fuss initially.Well come bedtime we start making the sofa bed and turns out they didn't even give us the necessary sheets for the bed so we had to go down again to request the correct things. Each room has 2 towels and that's it. Even though our reservation was for 3-4 people per room. You want another towel? Go downstairs again to request one.
Continental breakfast is included and buffet style but you have to keep asking for a spoon or a cup because they don't keep things stocked up. The waitress was upset that the guys were asking for coffee or a mug.They need improvements for the price
