The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- 50 m² living room with futon sofa bed, wood-burning stove and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo coffee machine, etc.

First floor:
- A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200), a sofa and toys.
- A shower room with shower and WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: one king-size bed (180×200 - two single bed bases, one mattress), 2 single beds (90x200) and a rattan cot

Exterior:
- A courtyard with outdoor furniture. The furniture is private, but neighbours have the right of way in this courtyard.

The house is ideally situated in the centre of the village of Meuilley, in very pleasant surroundings, close to a restaurant and a mini-market with a bread depot.

Activities :
Trails, hikes, visits to wine cellars and tastings, many activities available from the gîte.

Transport :
A car is essential; free parking is available close to the house.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge (concierge / housekeeping service).
