- Bedroom: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and storage space.
- A shower room with a shower, a washbasin and a washing machine.
- Separate toilet.

The flat is ideally located not far from the city centre while enjoying the calm. Small building in a quiet residence with all necessary amenities within a 5 min walk.
