Funktionell aber...
Wir haben die Junior Suite gebucht, welche schliesslich dann nicht mehr vorhanden war. Die Qualität an der Reception und bis zur Rückerstattung des differenz Betrags war sehr aufwendig. Generell würde ich dieses Hotel nicht als 4 Sterne Hotel bezeichnen. Die Zimmer sind zwar funktionell, ruhig und sauber, der Service aber ist dürftig, zudem hätten wir zum ersten Mal in Italien einen Nescafe aus dem Automaten zum Frühstück trinken sollen. Es mag sein, dass die trockenen Croissants, sowie den kurzen und hässlichen Strandabschnitt den vielen russischen Gästen genügt - wir jedenfalls sind verfrüht und ohne Frühstück abgereist.

Ottima location in uno dei posti più suggestivi di Messina tra i laghi di Ganzirri e il mare di Capo Peloro dove c'è il "Pilone", siamo nella punto della Sicilia più vicino alla Calabria. La struttura è molto confortevole, grandi spazi, piscina bella e pulita, ombrelloni e sdraio molto comodi, colazione abbondante e varia, stanza molto confortevole, unico neo la doccia con la tendina in plastica che oltretutto faceva allagare il bagno.

A terrible place. The a/c did not work and they don't bother fixing it. The windows would not shut properly. The staff were terrible and do not care about any customer service.

La struttura è molto bella, dispone anche di una spiaggetta privata molto curata con lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione degli ospiti. Il personale è molto gentile. I miei complimenti in particolare alla Signora addetta alle colazioni, che richiamava puntualmente chiunque fosse senza mascherina. Brava!

Soggiorno spesso qui in tutte le stagioni. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite sia quelle con moquette che quelle senza. Non sempre il frigobar in stanza ha l’acqua ma accanto alla struttura c’è un alimentati ben fornito. Parcheggio facile e piscina spaziosa e pulita.

“Frustration in Messina”
It could be a great time but the administration was not so good. They gave a little room to me and my wife and a big and spacious one to my friends for the same price. I was sad because I’ve made the booking for us. They also promise to fix the air conditioning as it was not working but did nothing. I had to sleep with a wet towel coz it was really hot and when I opened the varanda to cool down a bit, some mosquitos enter and made the night worse. Breakfast was good (average) for a 4 stars Hotel.

Were only there for 2 nights having attended a wedding in the area so, we did got participate the resort activities. The restaurant seemed quite busy and there was outdoor music and dancing the nights we were there. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and capable. The resort itself was not particularly attractive and can use some updating but it was kept extremely clean. Overall it presents itself as a basic yet comfortable place to stay.

Friendly staff and good service But not aesthetically pleasing to look at Could do with a few more updates In the pictures on the website make it look very glamorous where as it is a little dented and dirty looking when you actually arrive However staff cannot be more helpful when needing an iron and a new adapter as the ones we had brought or not suitable for the plugs in our room they couldn’t be more helpful We were staying here for a wedding so we didn’t actually spend much time at the hotel therefore wasn’t too much of an issue for us if we were here to stay as a couples resort with no gym and only tennis and the pool is your fitness options I don’t think we would pick this hotel again

Loud music and middle-classed activities
Very loud music at the pool. The staff didn’t speak English too well and couldn’t help a lot with travel plans. The cealing in my room eas leaking snd the wet carpet smelled afwul, but I kindly got a new room. The rooms were nice but in need of some updating like shower heads that squirted water randomly. The private beach was okay but slso played loud music at. If you like a lot of noise, loud music, no culture and don’t need to exit the resort this might be a good place for you. Children seemed to enjoy the place a lot. Not so sure about parents having to listen to loud pop music.

Climatizzazione NON regolabile Urla e schiamazzi provenienti da feste musicali per bambini con altoparlanti a tutto volume Assenza di luce centrale e su scrivania (quindi impossibile lavorare al tavolo ) Solo Rai TV e canali esteri assurdi !! WiFi lento, che salta e si resetta ogni minuto !! Piscina chiusa alle 19:00 anche se ancora pieno sole di Agosto !! ) Colazione dalle 7:30 troppo tardi per viaggi di lavoro 2 ° giorno ALLE 7:30 si sono accorti che la "Sala colazione" era INAGIBILE quindi repentino TRASLOCO di tutti i tavoli alla sala BAR = RISULTATO COLAZIONE ALLE 8:00 PSEUDO- Frigobar VUOTO , solo 2 bottigliette di acqua !! Parcheggio sempre pieno quindi obbligo di parcheggio in strada, pergiunta intralciato da AUTOBUS turistici in attesa al mattino ! Che dire altro ?? Ho soggiornato in altri TRE stelle che sono DI GRAN LUNGA SUPERIORI !! Non raccomandato se viaggi per affari.... ma se viaggi anche da turista .... STANNE ALLA LARGAAA EVVIVA LA FACCIA CHE DIAMO DEL TURISMO IN ITALIA ALL'ESTERO !!

La cosa più difficile è stata trovare la struttura. Nonostante sia enorme, non esiste un'insegna adeguata che la segnali. E' segnalato, però, il bar che ne fa parte.. Mah! E' un bel Resort, personale gentile, stanze grandi e abbastanza pulite, colazione adeguata a un 4 stelle. Consigliato, sicuramente, per brevi e lunghi soggiorni
