„The room was excellent, big and very clean. Huge disadvantage is that air conditioning in the room is sooo loud. Service personnel was very polite and attentive. Pool area is fantastic. Breakfast is very basic for my standards and dinners is below basic. I asked on the day one for the price of the late checkout. I had a feeling that I'm constantly mislead and manipulated by the same person on the front desk regarding availability and price of the late check out. He wanted to charge us apx. 150€ ...

„The Hotel itself was nice, especially for kids as they have a small „zoo“ with butterflies, snakes, crocodiles etc. The main problem however was the accommodation. Yes we are in a jugle and yes it is humid, but please make sure the air conditioning is working, which was not the case in our room, the smell was strong when entering the room, the clothes adapted the smell soon and bed pillows did smell too. I reported the problem and the staff tried to fix it I was told - however it was not fixed. ...
