This duplex can accommodate up to 6 people and is composed of a living room, a dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has a balcony with a sea view, a shower room with WC and a mezzanine which will delight children. Ideal for a romantic holiday, with friends or family to recharge your batteries by the sea.
Sheets and towels are extra.

The accommodation
With a surface area of 70 m², the duplex is presented as follows:

Day area :
- Living room fitted with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), various armchairs, a dining table, a TV, a DVD player, a balcony and a fireplace.
- Semi-open kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery...

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a balcony with a side sea view.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a single bed.
- Mezzanine with single bed (90 cm x 190 cm)
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin, hair dryer, WC.

The outside :
- Balcony on the first floor of 3 m² with two deckchairs and a small table.
- Balcony on the ground floor.

The area
The duplex is located in the heart of the district classified in "Secteur Sauvegardé", the roof is classified by its particularity, located at 50 m of the beach, close to the tourist office, the cinema and the library being located at less than 100 meters of housing. All shops nearby, large retailers within a radius of 3 km.

- A mini golf course nearby (50m).
- An aquatic centre with a swimming pool, a slide... is located 150 metres away.
- Tennis courts.
- Various water sports (windsurfing, sky surfing...).
- The town is located at the entrance to the Bay of the Somme, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Other remarks
- The accommodation is equipped with Wifi.
- Bed linen and towels on request from the concierge, extra charge: 12.50 € / single bed and 25 € / double bed.
- The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants. A deposit check of 50 euros will be requested upon arrival for the cleaning and will be returned at the end of your stay if it has been done.
- Private garage (Optional closed garage rate: 50€ per week or 10€ per night).
- At your disposal: board games, DVD, baby bed, high chair, iron, ironing board and clothes line.
- For an arrival after 7pm, a supplement of 20€ will be asked.
- The accommodation is equipped with a traditional filter coffee maker and a second tassimo capsule coffee maker.
- Each bed has a pillow (two for the double beds and one for the single bed) and a comforter with cover for each bed.
