„Nice conversion of an old Victorian house. A bit dark inside/gloomy which was odd as the sun shone outdoors. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I did not breakfast as I found the price very high. They upgraded my room as the Cottage Room which I had booked was not available (redecoration).. “

Unfortunately the view from the rooms are mostly onto the courtyard and not the countryside. The beds are very comfortable. The food is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The whole place has a very relaxed atmosphere. We stayed here twice for just one night on the way to another destination, but the area is nice enough to stay ...

Die Betten haben aber zumindest wirklich gute Matratzen. Das Bad ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Die Strasse ist laut. Das Frühstück kommt etwas lieblos daher. Insgesamt ist es eine gute Übernachtungsgelegenheit für die Durchreise. “
