„My wife and I had a terrific stay here. This cottage style house was appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The area itself was super quite and very safe. We were able to use the community pool and hot tub ( very clean ) and even tried our hand at pickleball. The owner was super nice and made himself available by phone or email if we needed anything. If you like clean, safe, and fun places to stay this would be it.“

John updated and his wife tastefully decorated their cottage and thought of everything including spices, toiletries, swim toys and a fully stocked kitchen allowing for great home cooked meals. „My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our peaceful week at Steve’s cottage. We loved starting our day drinking coffee on the Adirondack chairs on the front porch listening to the birds. The location was perfect, close to downtown Newburyport and the beach. We had a comfortable stay and Steve is a great host. Be sure to watch the sunset from The Sunset Club at the end of the road and get breakfast from Mad Martha’s. “

„Our kids said the beds were the most comfortable beds they'd ever slept on, with the coziest blankets. The cabin was warm, cozy, and homey. Host was very nice and communication was timely and helpful. Beautiful view on the lake. Close to all amenities, shopping, and grocery stores.“

„This home is as amazing as the owners who loaned it to us for a week. They keep it So clean and cozy, with everything you need for a great vacation. So much room inside and outside. The horseshoe pits and corn hole was an added plus which we took full advantage of. Walking distance to everything and we were able to walk to the beach every morning to see the sunrise . Would recommend this property to anyone unless it’s the week that we want to rent it.😊“

„The Paradise Guest Cottage was a lovely 1 mo stay for me since I enjoy being on fresh water. From watching the morning sun dance on the water to looking down from the deck at the fish swimming below, every view of the lake was beautiful. „We stayed here for 5 weeks. I had no idea when I booked it how amazing it would be. My kids say it was the best summer ever. The cottage is so cute. The location is amazing and all the amenities are amazing. They cottage community has so many activities going all the time, the beach and lake are so fun with a dock you can swim to, there is a restaurant on the weekends, riding the gold cart around, the swimming pool… I can’t say enough good about this place! „Beautiful Breezy little cottage right on the Tidal Basin and a 13 minute walk to the ocean side beach. Wonderful quiet little neighborhood with friendly neighbors and everything you need at the rental, including two lovely porches to relax on. Great place.“

"Die Einrichtung und ich meine Einrichtung ist in jeder Beziehung spartanisch. Das einzige positive war, dass das Zimmer sauber war und die Klimaanlage gut und leise funktioniert hat. Das Frühstück war eine Frechheit eine Kaffeemaschine ein paar trockene Muffins Tüten mit oat Milch und Besteck gab's nicht. Ich empfehle hotel.com das Hotel aus dem Programm zu nehmen oder mindestens Frühstück inklusive zu streichen. Es spricht nicht für hotel.com wenn so freche falsche Angaben unterstützt werden. Als Kunde verlasse ich mich darauf, das alle Angaben korrekt sind."
