"This is a nice brand-new casino hotel Southland Chicago. Do you like casino? This is a great trade-off. You are in business and like doing some sport, they do have fitness and pool. However, there is potential, the phone is missing in the area to report an issue after sport you don’t find a shower in the pool area, need to go to your room to wash off your sweat. Laundry must stay. There were heavy difficulties with opening the door to the pool area. I could enter the pool at one out of four occasions as they failed. At the one I succeeded It took half an hour to get someone opening the door, however, I was pleased out of the pool after two minutes as I did not wore a wristband, which nobody told me to have. For that reason and a not fully cleaned and stuffed room on the extended day I’m rating the service poor. Maybe a small element, but if you want to be 4* Hotel, this must be resolved. On my complaint reception the Hotel promised in writing they would fix the issue. Check yourself/or not. For all the rest very clean, modern and comfortable hotel."
