The reception staff were excellent. They were professional, friendly, welcoming and quick to answer any questions or fulfill any requests. They were a big part of why i enjoyed my stay so much. Tween waters is a fabulous location, only a few minutes walk to the main beach. There's a spacious pool area and a splash pad area for kids. Id absolutely stay here again.

Only stayed one night in a motel room so didn’t use the many facilities at the property. Room was as expected from the pictures & was clean with good amenities. Bed was comfy.

NSW Coast road trip
Good size quiet room with microwave and air conditioner. Our room faces the Princess highway and we did not get any noise from the highway. 5 mins walk to the beach. 15-20 mins walk to RSL club and Club Sapphire. Only minor drawback was insufficient outlets for us to charge our phones.

It was a basic, clean motel room. Comfy beds and pillows. It was straightforward check in. When I contacted them about arriving late, the guy was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

great place, almost no wifi
The staff were really nice, the room retro, but comfortable....my only complaint was that the wifi was really poor. I could barely connect. It may have been the location of the room, however, in this day and age, this is a glaring oversight.

This beaut little diamond in the rough was a great find. The unit faced the water front and we did a short walk across tne bridge to the restaurant area in Merimbula. Nice n quiet and in a fantadtic location

So much to like here. Older property but refurbished in areas which made a difference eg bathroom, bed. Retained the best features of older style eg door out onto lawn and seating area, river views, spacious, comfortable. Would recommend highly.
