Ruhige, versteckte Lage am See. Traumschön.
Ein echtes Kleinod, geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ein Traum: Idylle pur. Hier sagen sich in der Dämmerung die Kagoroos gute Nacht

Peaceful location
Robyn's Nest ist ein stilvolles Guest House im britischen Stil, sehr schön gelegen am Lake Merimbula. Das Zimmer Nr.2 war sehr gross, ebenso die Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Frühstücksbuffet liess nichts zu wünschen übrig. Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen (der Koch hatte offenbar das Weite gesucht), sodass wir zum Abendessen jeweils nach Merimbula fahren mussten (ca. 5km).

The accomodation is on a large property overlooking the lake. The room was large and comfortable with a private balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The decor is a bit dated, but still in excellent condition. The property is well maintained. We would happily stay there again.

Relaxing home from home
Accommodation was exactly as advertised. Lake views with good fishing spot on the door step. Bar and restaurant was shut which we didn't know until we got there and access to the boardwalk is not quite as expected as you have to walk about a km down the road through the housing estate to the boat ramp to access it. But enjoyed myself immensely.

Super professional staff. Immaculately manicured gardens with ducks and kangaroos at dusk/dawn. Tennis court & pool. Looks like it’s on about 100 acres that goes all the way to the lake. Highly recommended

The location was great BUT very overpriced for what was offered. The internet dropped out all the time. Television was extremely hard to use. The bed groaned when you rolled over. The light didn’t work in the en-suite and the taps dripped. The windows and fly screens needed a good clean. Breakfast was ok.

The setting is breathtaking. It feels very secluded but is a short drive to town. Right on the lake and in the bush. A beautiful spot to explore.
