Cordova provides for accommodation to 6 people, and includes 1 Queen bedroom, 2nd queen bedroom, and 3rd bunk (double bunk) bedroom.

All bed Linen is provided (sheets, pillowslips doonacovers), however PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS.

*** There is a lot of native wildlife including Kangaroos and native birds.**Please note this property is NOT PET FRIENDLY and any droppings are from the local kangaroo's and wallabies that freely roam our beautiful yard

HOUSE RULES
- Check in after 3:00PM
- Check out before 10:00AM
- Maximum guests allowed overnight = 6 in total, with strictly no more than 4 Adults
- Strictly NO PETS
- Strictly no events or parties. To comply with NSW Govt STRA Policy all Unruly, Misbehaving and Disruptive guests will be vacated immediately.
- No smoking in or on premises
- No camping allowed on the grounds
- Charging of guests electric vehicles at Cordova is monitored and strictly not permitted.
- EV Charging is available in Merimbula 24hrs per day at Middys Electrical Merimbula, 202 Arthur Kaine Drive Merimbula. Bookings not required, and at time of writing, is free.
- **NOTE - Excessive cleaning will be charged to guests accounts**
