„The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. They always made sure we had everything we needed. We understood the pool was under maintenance, especially with the chilly weather. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aguascalientes. We’ll absolutely be back!“

„Good room size, not enough toilet paper or towels but all was well. Cleaning staff friendly and appreciate their efforts. Front staff profesional but a little as a matter of fact fen for yourself type of attitude. Restaurant staff was very friendly but food can be a bit better. We have stayed in an array of hotel company’s and country’s and food can be better for the price. Great stay overall would recommend for short stay .“

„El hotel solo cumple la función de alojamiento No hay buena limpieza encontré pelos en la regadera. La presión del agua es muy escasa Y habitaciónes muy deterioradas Aunque si lo que buscas es solo dormir creo que es una buena opción El personal es amable“

„The property is situated close to downtown and the rooms are ample in size. The owner of the property (Maria) was especially receptive to the smallest details to improve the property and was super nice. The whole staff was very helpful.“

„Not much to say if you just need a room no frills it’s perfect. I’m a traveler who doesn’t like to stay In the room much“
